On February 22-23 of this year, the final qualifying round of the competition for the State Scholarship of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2024 was held among 2nd-year core doctoral students engaged in research activities in higher educational institutions of the republic and scientific institutions, and achieved significant results.
At the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, 53 candidates for the Presidential State Scholarship were selected at the interview stage of the competition.
According to the instructions of the President, this year the number of quotas for the Presidential State Scholarship for doctoral students has been doubled, and a total of 10 candidates will be recommended in 5 areas.
