In accordance with the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. DP-91 dated June 2, 2025, the base calculation value (BCV) will be set at 412,000 UZS starting from August 1, 2025.
This change will also affect the amount of fees (payments) established for the services of the state environmental expertise, in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 541 dated September 7, 2020.
Therefore, starting from August 1, 2025, all payments for conducting the state environmental expertise shall be made based on the updated BCV — 412,000 UZS.
We kindly ask you to make payments specified in previously issued invoices in accordance with the current BCV rate to avoid errors and misunderstandings during the settlement process.
