During the inspection, the production process was thoroughly examined. It was established that polyethylene granules, microcalcite powder, and stearic acid granules are mixed in specified proportions and processed through a three-stage technological process. The resulting finished product is manufactured in the form of granules and packaged into 25-kilogram bags.

The finished product is used as an additive in the production of polymer products, enhancing the plasticity and elasticity of polymer materials.

Based on the findings of the inspection, the enterprise's activities were assessed in accordance with Appendix No.1 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Further Improvement of the Environmental Impact Assessment Mechanism", namely the List of Activities Subject to State Environmental Expertise.

According to this List, the production of plasticizers for thermoplastics falls under Category III in terms of environmental impact. The activity corresponds to Item 37 of the List, which covers the production of polymer products and synthetic materials, including detergents and cleaning agents.

The inspection was carried out to assess the enterprise's compliance with the requirements of the current environmental legislation and to ensure that the procedures of the State Environmental Expertise are conducted in accordance with the established legal framework.
