Question: Which objects are subject to State Ecological Expertise?
Answer: State Ecological Expertise is conducted for the following types of objects:
- materials related to the selection and/or allocation of land plots for all types of construction;
- pre-design and design documentation;
- regulatory, technical, instructional, and methodological documents governing economic and other activities related to the use of natural resources (including draft technical regulations, technical specifications, standards, rules, and instructions);
- documentation related to the development of new technologies, technical equipment, materials, products, biological and chemical substances, as well as facilities and technologies intended for the neutralization, processing, and disposal of waste;
- operating enterprises and other facilities that have a negative impact on the environment and public health;
- objects subject to a special legal regime.
