During the event, special attention was given to explaining the essence and significance of the ideas promoted under the slogan "One Motherland, One Nation – Together We Will Build a New Life and a Bright Future!", as well as the themes "I Am a Builder of the New Uzbekistan" and "The Harmony of National Values and Modern Development."

During the open dialogue, participants discussed in detail Uzbekistan's path since gaining independence, the large-scale reforms being implemented in the New Uzbekistan, their significance, and the achievements accomplished through these reforms.

Particular emphasis was placed on the state's policy of educating and nurturing young people, creating broad opportunities for them to realize their intellectual potential and acquire modern professional skills. It was emphasized that today's youth are not merely observers of the country's transformation, but the principal driving force behind the construction of the New Uzbekistan. Their knowledge, initiative, and determination were highlighted as decisive factors in laying the foundation for the Third Renaissance.

During the meeting, I. Khushvaqtov, Advisor to the Director General of the Center on the Improvement of Environmental Expertise Legislation, stressed that every sustainable development must be built upon a strong moral and spiritual foundation. Through practical examples, he demonstrated that the reforms, digital transformation, and innovation processes currently underway in the New Uzbekistan are being carried out in harmony with the nation's longstanding traditions, the sanctity of the family institution, and the high moral values of the Uzbek people. Young participants were encouraged not only to master modern technologies but also to preserve their national pride and remain committed to their spiritual and cultural heritage.

In addition, in connection with July 2 – the Day of the Adoption of the State Emblem of the Republic of Uzbekistan, participants exchanged views on the importance of the country's national symbols.

The event also placed special emphasis on enhancing employees' political and legal awareness, strengthening their civic responsibility, broadening their knowledge and worldview, fostering patriotism and a sense of personal responsibility for the country's development, and promoting an active civic position in public life.
