ANNOUNCEMENT Call for Proposals: Development of a VR (360°) Interactive Video

The State Center for Environmental Expertise invites media companies to participate in a конкурс for the development of a VR project on the theme:
“A Clean Future Through the Lens of Environmental Expertise: From Pollution to Sustainable Solutions.”
General Project Information:
- Format: 360° VR (immersive video) and an interactive application (APK) for Meta Quest/Pico devices
- Duration: 2–3 minutes
- Video Quality: Minimum 4K (6K–8K recommended for stereoscopic mode)
- Frame Rate: 30–60 FPS (stable performance not below 30 FPS on device)
- Audio: 4-channel ambisonic (spatial audio, international standard for VR)
Requirements for the Contractor:
- At least 2 years of experience in VR/360° projects or at least 5 years in 3D animation
- Portfolio including at least 2–3 completed VR or 360° projects (with links or videos)
- Proven experience in 3D animation
- Proficiency in Unity or Unreal Engine (for the interactive component)
- Experience with ambisonic audio and spatial sound design (preferred)
- Experience deploying projects on Meta Quest/Pico devices
