ANNOUNCEMENT! Open Call for Design, Construction, and Equipping of the Center’s Exhibition Stand for the International Exhibition “EcoExpo 2026”

Main Tasks:
• 3D Design and Concept: Development of a modern and innovative stand concept reflecting the activities, status, and environmental focus of the Center;
• Environmental Approach (priority): Use of recycled, eco-friendly, energy-efficient, and environmentally safe materials in the construction of the stand;
• Construction and Equipment: Manufacturing and installation of the stand based on the approved design using high-quality materials, equipping it with necessary furniture, LED screens, and lighting systems, as well as installation at the exhibition site;
• Dismantling: Safe dismantling of the stand after the exhibition and removal of structural elements.
Technical Parameters:
• Stand area: 100 m²;
• Event dates: May 31 – June 6, 2026;
• Venue: Samarkand.
Requirements for Participants (Contractors):
• At least 5 years of experience in exhibition stand design and construction;
• Provision of guarantees for timely and high-quality project execution.
Required Documents:
• Copy of the organization’s state registration certificate;
• Portfolio of completed projects (PDF format or link);
• Commercial proposal with a detailed breakdown of all costs (construction, rental, transportation, dismantling, taxes).
