Participants noted that no significant negative environmental impact is expected during implementation, expressed confidence in the preservation of trees, and emphasized the importance of environmental monitoring. In addition, it was highlighted that this initiative will create a comfortable environment for residents and has important social value.

A similar situation was observed during discussions of the project for the construction of a cold storage facility planned by “NURTAS SAWDA ORAYI” LLC in the “Kumbiz ovul” mahalla of Nukus. During the discussions, the project’s compliance with environmental requirements and its impact on green areas and the interests of the population were comprehensively assessed. As a result, approval was granted for the implementation of the initiative.

In the activities of industrial enterprises, particular attention is also paid to compliance with environmental standards. For example, inspection results at a reinforced concrete production facility owned by “CONCRETE BUILD” LLC in Nukus showed that all established requirements are being met. The enterprise has implemented measures for effective waste management, installed air purification equipment, and carries out compensation payments.

Additionally, the activities of “KAUSAR TEGIRMON” LLC in the Takhtakupyr district were assessed in accordance with environmental expertise requirements. It was found that the enterprise is implementing measures for waste management and atmospheric air protection. This indicates a growing level of environmental responsibility in industrial processes.

Similarly, at “NUKUS DILISHA” LLC located in the Amudarya district, it was noted that production activities fully comply with environmental standards, and no violations were identified. The enterprise conducts continuous monitoring of waste, atmospheric air, and water resources.

Overall, the examples provided demonstrate that ensuring environmental safety, expanding public participation in decision-making, and strict compliance with legislation are becoming key priorities in projects implemented across the republic. This approach contributes not only to environmental protection but also to improving public welfare and ensuring sustainable development.
