In the Karshi district, the operations of a brick factory that was violating environmental regulations have been suspended. During inspection activities conducted by specialists from the regional Department of Ecology, a number of serious violations were identified at the enterprise, as a result of which the factory buildings were sealed.

The inspections revealed that the enterprise had failed to install the required gas cleaning and dust collection filters, in violation of environmental protection requirements. It was also established that the factory had been operating without the mandatory environmental clearance.
According to experts, such violations can have a negative impact on the environment and lead to deterioration in air quality. In this regard, the competent authorities have taken appropriate measures, and the enterprise’s operations have been temporarily suspended.
