The meeting was chaired by the Director General of the Centre, G. Mukhamedov. During the event, participants considered issues related to the regulation of relations in the field of state civil service and the organization of official activities based on the principles of legality, openness, and objectivity. It was noted that the requirements of the law apply to employees holding positions included in the State Register of State Civil Service Positions.
Special attention was also given to the provisions of the Presidential Decree aimed at modernizing the public procurement system, fostering a healthy competitive environment, and introducing a service-oriented management mechanism, including the widespread use of artificial intelligence technologies.
Further, the Chief Specialist for Anti-Corruption and Compliance Control, R. Tashpulatov, explained the key provisions of the above-mentioned regulatory legal acts. In particular, Article 13 of the Law “On the State Civil Service,” which establishes restrictions for civil servants, was reviewed in detail. Measures to prevent conflicts of interest, as well as their timely identification and elimination, were also discussed.
Following the meeting, heads of structural divisions and employees were instructed to ensure strict compliance with legal requirements, transparency in official activities, and the prevention of corruption risks. Personal responsibility for the implementation of the assigned tasks was emphasized.
