Over the past forty years, this session has mainly been held in Paris, but this time it is taking place for the first time in another city — Samarkand. During these days, thousands of session participants are being warmly welcomed at Samarkand International Airport, arriving from nearly 200 countries worldwide through various international and charter flights. The employees of the Committee for Industrial, Radiation, and Nuclear Safety are also actively participating in this prestigious and responsible process.

At the same time, more than ten Committee employees are making significant contributions to ensuring the peaceful and smooth conduct of the session. Specifically, to ensure safety in the buildings where the session’s events are being held, in institutions and hotels, the Committee has installed all the necessary systems: lifts, escalators, and special x-ray devices for checking entry and exit zones. These systems must operate smoothly and properly. In addition, Committee employees are accompanying foreign guests and actively contributing to the coverage of session events.
The event will continue until November 14 of this year.
