DRAFT LAW "ON CHEMICAL SAFETY"

On May 21–22, 2025, the first interdepartmental meeting of the national working group on the effective implementation of the European Union's Initiative on Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) Centres of Excellence in Uzbekistan was held in the meeting hall of the Committee for Industrial, Radiation, and Nuclear Safety. The event successfully concluded on May 22, 2025.
During the meeting, members of the working group were acquainted with the activities of the Initiative and the ongoing projects. Additionally, relevant ministries and agencies represented in the working group were instructed to coordinate the draft Law "On Chemical Safety," and future tasks were outlined.
