Committee for Industrial, Radiation and Nuclear Safety under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan

The seminar agenda includes discussions on the “Belt and Road” Initiative, cooperation between China and Central Asian countries, achievements in industrial safety and emergency management in China, and an overview of legislation, supervision systems, and inspection mechanisms in the sector. Given that the Committee is currently working on a new edition of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Industrial Safety of Hazardous Production Facilities,” this visit provides an opportunity to study international experience and conduct comparative analysis. The visit program also includes a trip to Chengdu to familiarize with the local industrial safety system and explore avenues for future cooperation. The event will continue until May 27 of this year.
