Child Safety Cannot Be Conditional on Circumstances or Situations

Any individual who abuses a child or inflicts physical or psychological trauma—whether an employee of an educational institution or an immediate relative—will be held strictly accountable under the law. Sentences handed down for crimes resulting in the death of a child shall not be subject to mitigation or commutation under any circumstances.
Henceforth, perpetrators convicted of sexual violence against children under the age of 14 face severe penalties of up to 25 years’ imprisonment or life imprisonment. Furthermore, the statute of limitations for criminal prosecution has been fully eliminated for these heinous offenses.
A child’s safety can never be contingent upon surrounding conditions or extenuating circumstances. Anyone who infringes upon the life, health, honor, or dignity of children must understand with absolute certainty that escaping the full rigor of the law is impossible.
