Seminar Dedicated to Historical Heritage, National Identity, and Human Dignity Held Across the Committee System

The Committee for Industrial, Radiation, and Nuclear Safety of the Republic of Uzbekistan hosted a cultural and educational seminar titled "Three-Thousand-Year Roots and the Third Renaissance: Historical Continuity, National Identity, and Spiritual Heritage — Human Dignity, Enlightenment, and National Revival."
The event convened executive leadership and staff from structural divisions of the Committee’s central apparatus, affiliated state institutions, and regional territorial administrations.
Lectures were delivered by distinguished scholars recommended by the Republican Center for Spirituality and Enlightenment: Jaloliddin Kadamovich Yusubov, Doctor of Philosophical Sciences (DSc) and member of the "Ma’rifat" Propagandists Society, and Fayzullo Narzullayevich Ernazarov, Doctor of Historical Sciences (DSc) and member of the "Ma’rifat" Propagandists Society.
The discussions emphasized Uzbekistan’s millennia-old historical foundation, the principles of historical continuity and national identity, the rich intellectual legacy of historical forebears, and the catalytic impact of education, culture, and human dignity on modern societal development.
Participants also exchanged views on advancing human-centered governance, the foundational role of education and knowledge in driving progress, youth empowerment, and the structural imperatives underpinning contemporary reforms.
The program featured thematic presentations and video screenings detailing the core concepts and initiatives articulated by President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev during his address at the ceremonial celebration marking the 35th anniversary of state independence.
Concluding the seminar, participants outlined measures for systematically implementing cultural and professional development initiatives across the Committee’s institutional framework, elevating personnel’s intellectual capital, cultivating a resilient workplace culture, and fostering civic engagement.
