Industrial Safety Standards Audited at Navoi Thermal Power Plant

As part of the project to construct a combined-cycle/gas-turbine power plant exceeding 650 MW, an associated 500/220 kV substation, and designated power transmission lines at the Navoi Thermal Power Plant (TPP), the Navoi Territorial Administration of the Committee for Industrial, Radiation, and Nuclear Safety conducted a routine supervisory field inspection.
During the audit, specialists inspected construction and engineering operations on site, placing primary emphasis on adherence to mandatory industrial safety standards, preempting technical incidents and occupational injuries, maintaining safe working conditions, and reinforcing ongoing preventative safety briefings among workers.
Following the inspection, targeted technical recommendations and guidance were formally issued to project site supervisors.
