On September 23 of this year, an official ceremony was held in the Andijan Region with the participation of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev to launch commercial production and commence new works across 206 investment projects totaling $9.4 billion. Specifically, 98 completed industrial projects valued at $2.05 billion were brought online, while construction broke ground on 108 new initiatives valued at $7.35 billion.

To date, the digitized registry for the Andijan Region catalogs: • 481 Hazardous Production Facilities (HPFs); • 902 technical systems and operational installations; • 12 Ionizing Radiation Sources (IRS); • 191 diagnostic and industrial X-ray units; • 348 industrial hoisting cranes; • 49 mobile truck cranes; • 137 tower construction cranes; • 260 pressurized vessels; • 11 industrial steam boilers; • 124 fairground mechanical attractions; • 17 industrial pipeline segments; • 1 chemical-grade pressurized reaction vessel; • 112 Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) pressurized vessels; • 24 cargo hoists; • 1 aerial passenger ropeway; • 4 bulk petroleum storage reservoirs; • 12 transportable pressurized tank units.

In total, 2,686 physical assets and high-risk technical devices are currently registered under unified statutory accounting.

Significantly, this undertaking is not a static, one-time census. As new factories enter commissioning and industrial capacity scales, new facilities are systematically integrated, existing technical parameters are updated, and the digital registry undergoes continuous validation.
