Committee for Industrial, Radiation and Nuclear Safety under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan

🗂 The Resolution was registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan on 1 August 2026 under Registration No. 3915.

The Regulation establishes the procedure for assessing the risk of legal violations related to compliance with legislation at facilities supervised by the Committee through the “Risk Analysis” electronic system.

In particular, the electronic system is designed to assess risk levels in the following areas:

⭕ hazardous production facilities;

⭕ nuclear power and nuclear technology facilities;

⭕ radiation sources;

⭕ lifting equipment (including cranes, elevators, escalators, ropeways, and other lifting installations);

⭕ pressure equipment;

⭕ gas supply systems;

⭕ activities involving blasting operations and explosive materials;

⭕ the safe operation of amusement rides.

The electronic system evaluates the risk of violations by business entities using a score-based assessment methodology and classifies them into low-, medium-, or high-risk categories based on established criteria.

❗️At the same time, the risk level determined by the electronic system does not constitute an independent legal basis for imposing enforcement measures or conducting inspections of a business entity. Preventive measures and inspections shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the procedures established by the applicable legislation.
