Committee representative participates in a seminar on effective HR management in the civil service

Nafisa Turdiyeva, Chief Specialist for Human Resources Development and Management and the Special Unit of the Committee for Industrial, Radiation and Nuclear Safety, also participated in the event.
The seminar aimed to develop the professional competencies of HR department heads based on advanced national and international practices, introduce modern HR management and People Analytics approaches into the civil service, and improve mechanisms for the effective use of human capital.
The following key areas were discussed during the event:
🔹 the future labour market and talent management in the civil service;
🔹 introducing modern HR management approaches into the civil service;
🔹 developing human capital based on international experience;
🔹 aligning business performance with employee effectiveness;
🔹 digitalising HR processes and applying People Analytics tools.
The seminar presented advanced human resources management practices from Franklin Templeton Investments Inc., Beeline Uzbekistan and Smart Solutions Ltd.
During the practical part of the training, participants became acquainted with the activities, infrastructure and startup ecosystem of IT Park Uzbekistan. They also learned about digital projects in the GovTech and HR Tech sectors and innovative initiatives implemented through public-private partnerships.
Participants were introduced to a new module being implemented on the hrm.gov.uz platform. The module enables the use of innovative solutions in recruitment, promotes transparency in selection procedures and supports competency-based candidate assessment.
The advanced practices and modern approaches explored during the seminar will contribute to further improving the Committee’s HR processes, effectively using digital management tools, recruiting qualified personnel and developing employees’ professional potential.
