🤝 The event was held in cooperation with the Bukhara Region Department of Emergency Situations, the Regional Military Prosecutor’s Office and the Bukhara Regional Territorial Department of Uzenergoinspeksiya. Heads of more than 200 fuel filling stations operating in the region took part in the seminar.
🔍 During the seminar, participants received explanations on preventing emergency situations at fuel filling stations, ensuring fire and explosion safety, safe operation of electrical and technological equipment, and the actions employees should take in emergency situations.
🌡 It was emphasized that during hot summer days, a sharp rise in air temperature increases the risk of fire. Therefore, strict compliance with safety rules when storing and selling fuel products, keeping technical equipment in proper working condition and strengthening preventive control were highlighted as essential requirements.
✅ At the end of the event, participants were provided with practical recommendations, and views were exchanged on further strengthening cooperation in preventing emergency situations and ensuring compliance with industrial safety requirements.
📌 The Committee for Industrial, Radiation and Nuclear Safety will continue systematic preventive, explanatory and supervisory measures to ensure compliance with safety requirements at fuel filling stations. In addition, in accordance with Resolution No. 223 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 4 May 2026 (https://lex.uz/uz/docs/-8176261), citizens and business entities may report violations of industrial safety, labor protection or fire safety requirements through the Committee’s special platform or hotline. Citizens who provide confirmed information about violations will be encouraged and rewarded in accordance with the established procedure.
