📌 Important figures:

🔹 Compressed natural gas cylinders must undergo technical inspection once every 3 years.

🔹 Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinders must be inspected once every 2 years.

🔹 The service life of metal gas cylinders must not exceed 15 years.

🔹 CNG cylinders also have an important operational limit of 15,000 filling cycles.

🔹 The maximum operating pressure when filling with compressed natural gas must not exceed 20 MPa.

🔹 For liquefied gas cylinders, at least 20% free volume must be maintained to ensure safety.

🚫 The following actions are strictly prohibited during refueling:

— filling cylinders that have not passed technical inspection;

— servicing vehicles where gas leakage has been detected;

— disconnecting a hose while it is under pressure;

— repairing or adjusting gas-cylinder equipment on site;

— allowing drivers or unauthorized persons to interfere with the refueling process.

🏭 Every gas station manager, operator and technical inspection center representative should remember:

✅ one defective cylinder can create a major hazard;

✅ one moment of negligence can lead to an emergency;

✅ one timely inspection can save a human life.
