📅 When does it come into force?
✅ The resolution entered into force on August 5, 2025.
✅ The technical regulation was introduced into practice 6 months after its official publication, that is, from February 6, 2026.
✅ In addition, starting from January 1, 2026, the import of pressure equipment with an expired service life into the territory of Uzbekistan is prohibited.
🔧 What equipment does it apply to?
These requirements apply to the following equipment operating under excess pressure:
🛢 pressure vessels;
🔥 steam and hot-water boilers;
🧯 gas cylinders;
🔩 pipelines and fittings;
⚙️ safety devices;
📟 measuring, monitoring and protection devices;
🏥 pressure chambers and other technical devices operating under pressure.
🎯 What is the main purpose of the resolution?
🛡 The main purpose of this technical regulation is to protect the life and health of citizens, prevent damage to property, ensure environmental safety, and protect consumers from unreliable or improperly identified equipment.
📌 What should special attention be paid to?
✅ Pressure equipment must comply with safety requirements.
✅ The technical documentation, equipment passport, date of manufacture and information about the manufacturer must be accurate and clear.
✅ The equipment must have visible and indelible marking, model, serial number and other identification data.
✅ Before being put into operation, the equipment must undergo conformity assessment in the prescribed manner.
✅ Conformity is confirmed through declaration or certification.
✅ The use of equipment with an expired service life, defective equipment or equipment with incomplete documentation is considered dangerous.

Even a minor defect in pressure equipment may lead to a major accident, explosion, fire or pose a threat to human life.
👷♂️ Enterprise managers, responsible engineers and technical personnel should:
🔍 regularly monitor the technical condition of the equipment;
📄 check the availability of documents and certificates;
🧰 ensure the proper functioning of safety devices;
🚫 not use equipment with an expired service life or defective equipment;
📢 immediately notify the responsible organizations if a hazardous situation is identified.
