This technical regulation officially enters into force on July 1, 2026.
🏢 Committee Authority and the New Control System
📄 The country is transitioning from the current state control system to a market surveillance system based on advanced international experience. 🏢 The Committee on Industrial, Radiation, and Nuclear Safety has been designated as the authorized body for market surveillance of lifts and safety equipment. 🛠 The Committee will promptly review complaints from citizens regarding lift risks and potential harm to public health or property, while maintaining strict monitoring of accidents.
⚠️ Attention Manufacturers, Installers, and Importers (Economic Operators)! Starting July 1, all equipment entering the market must strictly adhere to the following requirements:
-
All lifts and their components must fully comply with safety requirements and international standards.
-
Lifts and their components that have been verified for compliance must be marked with the "National Conformity Mark".
-
Equipment passports and operation manuals must be provided in the state language to ensure they are understandable to the public.
-
If equipment is found to be non-compliant with safety standards or poses a risk, its market entry will be prohibited, and existing stock must be recalled (dismantled).
🛡 Our main goal is public safety! The fundamental purpose of this regulation is to protect public health, safety, and all public interests. We urge all business entities to fully comply with the relevant rules and align their operations with the requirements of the technical regulation by July 1.
Do not be indifferent to your safety and the safety of your loved ones! Follow the Committee's official pages to stay informed.
