According to Decree No. 46 dated March 25, 2026, "On measures to implement the nationwide project 'Clean Air' aimed at improving ambient air quality," starting from May 1, 2026, "Car-Free Day" and "Car-Free Week" campaigns will be held on the 10th and 25th of every month.
According to the decree, the use of official motor vehicles by employees of state organizations and agencies on the days of the campaign is strictly prohibited, and when these dates fall on working days, the drivers' salaries will be maintained.
