The Committee for Industrial, Radiation and Nuclear Safety investigated the situation on-site and reports the following:

No casualties: At the time of the incident, the amusement ride was not operating due to the strong winds, therefore no one was injured or harmed.

Technical condition: This amusement ride, owned by "BOLAJON ATTRAKSION" LLC, meets all safety requirements. Specifically, on April 16, 2026, the metal structure and electrical equipment were thoroughly tested, an operational permit was obtained, and the staff was trained in safe operational procedures.
In accordance with the "Technical Regulation on the Safety of Amusement Rides" approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 886, the Committee requests all amusement ride owners to immediately suspend the operation of rides during strong winds, rain, and other adverse weather conditions, and urges citizens to strictly observe safety rules.
