During the meeting, the parties discussed the development of bilateral cooperation in the field of industrial safety. In particular, special attention was paid to the following issues: • Training and advanced training of specialists. • Implementation of modern digital technologies in the monitoring of hazardous production facilities. • Development of risk-based approaches.
🤝 Agreements and proposals: • The Chinese side expressed its readiness to implement joint educational programs, exchange experience, and carry out pilot projects. • Following the meeting, the parties agreed to work on the preparation and signing of a memorandum of understanding in 2026. • The Chinese delegation also expressed its readiness to share its experience in implementing the new law on chemical safety. • Representatives of the Committee were invited to participate in international training exercises on eliminating accidents on oil and gas pipelines.
The parties emphasized that the development of this cooperation will serve to increase the level of industrial safety and strengthen the effectiveness of emergency response in the future.
