It is worth noting that such events are a practical reflection of the priority tasks set by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev during a video conference dedicated to raising physical culture and sports to a new level. As the Head of State emphasized: "Sport is not just a competition, but a great force that embodies a healthy lifestyle, discipline, patriotism, and the nation's prestige."
🏰 Starting near the ancient Ark Fortress, participants ran through historic streets adorned with lanterns and architectural lighting, passing magnificent minarets and trading domes in a truly unique atmosphere.
M. Mirziyodov, the Committee's officer in charge of sports affairs, shared his impressions during the event:
"Our participation today is in line with the new procedure for popularizing sports in state bodies established by the President. Physical endurance and vigor are essential for every specialist working in the field of industrial safety. With one day a week now designated as 'Sport Day,' it serves as a foundation not only for the health of civil servants but also for increasing their professional efficiency," noted M. Mirziyodov.
🏆 This marathon served as a preparation stage for the Committee's employees for the upcoming inter-ministerial and inter-agency republic championships planned for this year. Participating in such sporting events helps foster a healthy competitive spirit, discipline, and teamwork within the organization.
The event concluded with a special musical program for all participants. The Committee team will continue to lead by example, actively participating in future sporting initiatives.
