Oversight Scope: Over 29,000 controlled objects utilizing more than 180,000 technical devices.

Infrastructure: All regional branches are now housed in administrative buildings and equipped with 14 video conferencing systems, 100 tablets, 42 computers/printers, 14 service vehicles, and necessary office furniture.

Digitalization: The "Single Integrated Ecosystem" information system was launched and integrated with 8 ministries. The digital database now includes 9,761 hazardous production facilities, 30,000 technical devices, 2,243 sources of ionizing radiation, and 2,406 X-ray machines.

An "Automated Information and Control Platform" was developed to monitor the safe operation of automotive LPG/CNG cylinders.
Inspection and Public Relations:

Public Inquiries: Out of 1,178 total appeals (197 from individuals, 981 from legal entities), 1,173 were successfully resolved.

Supervision: Conducted 1,975 control inspections (180% growth) and 16,667 preventive measures (250% growth).

Training: Professional development was provided for 4,573 employees (200% growth).

Enforcement: 32,511 legal violations were identified. Cases against 2,178 individuals were referred to court. Financial penalties totaling 5.4 billion UZS were imposed on 101 enterprises operating without licenses.
Radiation and Nuclear Safety Highlights:

Provided 1,121 state services (including 26 licenses and 826 permits).

Conducted 326 inspections, resulting in economic fines of 7.6 billion UZS.

Secured Uzbekistan's accession to 4 international conventions (including the Convention on Nuclear Safety and the Convention on Early Notification of a Nuclear Accident).

Confirmed 3 new IAEA projects for 2026–2027 and developed 6 cooperation memoranda.

Participated in the defense of the Third National Report on the Joint Convention on the Safety of Spent Fuel Management at the IAEA in March 2025.
