3. Cabinet of Ministers Resolutions: Regulations on the procedure for state accounting and registration of hazardous production facilities in the state register.

🛡 What is the role of the Committee?

The Committee for Industrial, Radiation, and Nuclear Safety performs the following vital functions on behalf of the state:

• State Registration: Every lifting crane must be registered with the Committee and entered into the state register before being put into service.

• Expertise Oversight: Monitoring the expert assessment of project documentation and technical conditions to ensure compliance with industrial safety requirements.
