🛗 The main issue discussed was the elimination of defects in lift installations that had not undergone technical inspection and measures for conducting technical tests.
ℹ️ For reference:
According to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 801, dated October 6, 2017, "General Technical Regulations for Lift Safety," lifts must undergo technical inspection by a specialized organization at least once a year, and the results must be recorded in the lift's passport.
🏗 During the meeting, methodological assistance was provided to expedite the installation of 16 lift installations in 8 multi-apartment buildings in the Sergeli district of Tashkent city, which are planned to be constructed as part of the new Uzbekistan residential complexes. However, the construction has been delayed.
⚠️ It was also noted that the work on installing lifts that are to be placed on safe lift platforms in accordance with the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 98, dated February 17, 2025, is progressing very slowly.
(Out of 452 lifts in Tashkent, only 4 have been installed on the platform.)
📋 At the conclusion of the meeting, it was agreed to accelerate the work on the repair and replacement of lifts that require these actions based on the approved address list and to implement these measures in the city districts.
