Tower-type cargo lifting crane
The Committee for Industrial, Radiation and Nuclear Safety conducts inspections to ensure compliance with current legislation and technical regulations concerning industrial safety in the use of tower cranes installed at construction sites, based on the following requirements:

• availability of the crane’s technical passport;

• availability of a conformity certificate for the crane;

• availability of an installation act for the crane;

• availability of an act confirming the crane passed static and dynamic load tests after installation;

• availability of an act (hidden works) confirming the base under the crane is leveled;

• availability of a crane operating procedure project (PPRK);

• availability of a grounding act for the crane;

• availability of an official order assigning a responsible person with specific knowledge on safe operation and technical condition of the crane;

• availability of a license for the crane operator;

• availability of licenses for the slingers.

Additionally, for cranes that have exceeded their service life, an industrial safety expert opinion confirming technical operability and granting permission for further use is required.

Only after fulfilling the above requirements, registering the crane with the Committee for Industrial, Radiation and Nuclear Safety, and obtaining the official operation permit, may the crane be put into use.

According to Annex No. 32 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 86 dated February 22, 2022, "On the approval of the unified regulation on the procedure for issuing certain permits through a special electronic system", the Committee reiterates that any tower crane equipment under your possession and installed at construction company sites must be officially registered and permitted before being used.

Legal entities operating without proper permits will face penalties in accordance with current procedures, including fines up to 200 times the BHM (base calculation value).
