Within the Committee structure, an anti-corruption system based on international standards has been implemented, and a set of measures aimed at aligning the Committee’s management system with the requirements of ISO 37001:2016 have been carried out. In particular, corruption risks and threats were assessed, preventive measures were defined, monitoring of employee relations at high-risk production facilities under the Committee’s control was put in place, employees signed declarations of compliance with the anti-bribery policy, and a register of high-risk positions is maintained. This not only prevents potential corruption cases but also elevates the level of transparency and openness in processing public appeals.
To further fight corruption and ensure effective engagement with the public, the Committee operates a “Hotline” at 712 030 239, available 24/7 and allowing anonymous reporting.
