"Girls' Academy" Project
"Girls' Academy" Project is a project aimed at supporting women and promoting their personal, professional, and intellectual development. It seeks to create opportunities for women to gain education and employment. The project enhances women's social activity and opens doors to creative and educational opportunities.
Project Foundations
The project was established on the initiative of the Youth Affairs Agency based on the Decree No. PF-37 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, dated February 21, 2024.
Project Objectives
- To improve the system of working with women and create a unified platform that supports their personal, professional, and intellectual development.
- To organize meaningful leisure activities for women and establish a communication space where social issues can be discussed.
Main Tasks of the Project
- To develop women in various fields and provide vocational training.
- To increase women's participation in socio-political life and elevate their status in society.
- To promote a healthy lifestyle and implement activities aimed at preventing early marriages.
Target Audience
The primary audience of the project includes young women aged 14-30, including housewives and women engaged in childcare.
Project Components
The "Girls' Academy" project consists of 8 modules:
- Legal Module – Enhancing women's legal awareness.
- Psychology Module – Ensuring women's psychological stability.
- Health Module – Promoting a healthy lifestyle and providing health-related knowledge.
- Entrepreneurship Module – Improving financial literacy and developing entrepreneurial skills.
- IT and Media Module – Teaching modern professions such as programming, graphic design, and video editing.
- Family Module – Providing information on building healthy relationships and family environments.
- Education Module – Engaging women in scientific research and educational activities.
- Handicrafts Module – Teaching skills in cooking, sewing, and other handicrafts.
Expected Outcomes
- Reduction in female unemployment rates.
- Increased participation of women in Uzbekistan's economy.
- Decrease in the number of divorces among young families.
- Formation of a modern image of women based on knowledge of one foreign language and one modern profession.
