Procedures for handling complaints regarding openness
In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Appeals of Physical and Legal Entities" No. ZRU-445 dated September 11, 2017, appeals may be submitted in oral, written, or electronic form.
Physical and legal entities may file a "complaint regarding violations of transparency laws" through the following channels:

Appeals received by the Youth Affairs Agency shall be reviewed within "fifteen days" from the date of receipt. In cases requiring additional study, verification, or requests for supplementary documentation, the period may be extended up to "one month", followed by an official response from the organization.
A complaint to a superior body must be submitted no later than "one year" from the date the entity became aware of the action or decision violating its rights. The deadline missed for a valid reason may be reinstated by the Agency or its authorized official.
