State youth policy is a system of socio-economic, organisational and legal measures implemented by the State and providing for the creation of conditions for the social formation of young people and the realisation of their intellectual, creative and other potential.
Agency - the name of a local branch of an institution, as well as individual information, intermediary and similar institutions (e.g. Telegraph Agency, National Information Agency of Uzbekistan, World Information Agency, etc.).
Volunteer - a person or group who voluntarily offers their time and labour for some public work, without any profit. This process is called volunteering. Many volunteers have specialised training in fields such as medicine, education or emergency rescue. Others serve in times of need, such as natural disasters.
Youth Leader - Formation of youth balance in each mahalla, meaningful organisation of youth leisure time, promotion of national folk games and sports among youth, implementation of Five Important Initiative Projects, youth festivals and other cultural and educational events
‘Youth Balance’ - Database of all young citizens of the country aged 14 to 30. The platform contains essential information on youth enrolment, employment, marital status, social status, health, talents and interests.
Compensation - 1. A payment for something; a reward for something. 2. In labour law: payment to workers and employees for additional expenses in the performance of labour duties in cases prescribed by law; compensation.
Strategy is a set of rules and plans that are used to achieve a goal or objective.
Subsidy - (Latin subsidium - aid, allowance, support) assistance in cash or in kind, provided from the state budget, local budgets or special funds to individuals and legal entities, local bodies, other states. Specifically addressed subsidies in the form of funds are called subsidies directly, the introduction of tax or other benefits - indirect. A subsidy is allocated by the state on non-refundable terms. Subsidies are allocated for diversification (restructuring) of the economy, balancing export-import, establishing the development of technical innovations, development of national industry, development of certain territories, conversion and other purposes. When in order to maintain the price on the world market it is necessary not to release additional goods to the market, the state subsidises firms that transfer their goods to the reserve and covers the costs of storing goods. Enterprises participating in state economic programmes also receive subsidies.

‘1000Books’. - A project to translate and publish the best popular science and fiction literature from foreign languages into Uzbek.
Girls Academy - A platform for supporting women and free quality online education.
Seminar - (from Latin seminarium - nursery; school) a method of determining the performance of students (pupils) of a higher or secondary specialised school on a certain theoretical course, one of the most important types of educational practice aimed at training specialists.
Artificial intelligence - imitation of human intellectual processes by creating and applying algorithms in the environment of high-speed computing.
‘Youth Book’ - A database for identifying, eliminating and monitoring the problems of unemployed youth in need of social, economic, legal, psychological support, knowledge and vocational training.
Letter - This word is mainly used in connection with the process of writing or preparing official letters. The correspondence process focuses on writing a letter or reviewing, checking and approving it.
Creative Park - is a 24/7 venue offering animation lessons, seminars, training and workshops, creative meetings, as well as exhibition areas, a children's playground, an animal bench and an artificial turf football pitch.
Top 100 Uni - is a project that gives young Uzbek leaders the opportunity to enter the world's top 100 universities.
Five Initiative Olympiads - a large-scale annual competition including mass competitions and contests held in Uzbekistan in accordance with paragraph ‘a’ of point 4 of Presidential Decree No PP-201 of 11 April 2022 ‘On measures to raise to a new level the involvement of young people living in mahallas in mass sports’.
Delegation - a group of representatives appointed by an organisation or state. For example, trade delegation, foreign delegation.
