A population and agriculture census will be held in our country from January 15 to February 28, 2026.
This is an important step in collecting accurate information about every citizen and household in our country and determining future socio-economic plans.
The census will be carried out in 2 stages:
Stage 1 (January 15–31)
For 17 days, citizens will have the opportunity to register online using the OneID system via the census.stat.uz website.
This is a convenient, fast and modern method that allows you to participate in the census without leaving your home.
Stage 2 (February 4–28)
Members of the "Neighborhood Seven" will go door-to-door and carry out the registration process using tablets.
At this stage, each household is visited and personal information is determined.
Questionnaire composition:
In the list, information is collected from citizens and agricultural entities on a total of 71 questions:
Population - 54 questions (age, education, employment, living conditions, etc.);
Agriculture - 17 questions (land area, number of livestock, types of crops, etc.).
🔒 Data confidentiality is guaranteed.
Personal data is protected by law.
The results of the questionnaire are not provided to other agencies and are used only for statistical analysis.
Why is this important?
The results of the list:
- give the state a clear idea of the actual number and composition of the population;
- serve as a basis for planning new jobs, schools, hospitals and infrastructure;
- allows for the proper distribution of resources in agriculture.
