Now our young people can study foreign languages on a subsidized basis through the “2 + 6” program.
In this, young people aged 14–30 will be allocated a subsidy for learning English, German, French, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese.
1. According to the program, the first 2 months of payment will be made by the student, and for the next 6 months, payments will be covered by the state in proportion to attendance in the following order.
2. The amount of the subsidy (maximum per month) is up to 824 thousand soums (BHM × 2) in Tashkent, up to 618 thousand soums (BHM × 1.5) in the Republic of Karakalpakstan and regional centers, up to 412 thousand soums (BHM × 1) in districts and cities.
3. Main conditions: The applicant must have a national or international certificate that meets the minimum indicator. An applicant can receive a subsidy for only one language.
4. Within the framework of the program, subsidies will be allocated to up to 20 thousand young people annually, and up to 100 thousand young people during 2025-2030.
