UN Assistant Secretary-General Visits Uzbekistan

Felipe Paullier, UN Assistant Secretary-General for Youth Affairs and Head of the UN Youth Office, has arrived in Uzbekistan.
As part of the Global Youth Festival on Digital “Green” Initiatives, organized in honor of International Climate Day on May 15, Mr. Felipe Paullier, UN Assistant Secretary-General for Youth Affairs and Head of the UN Youth Office, arrived in Uzbekistan.
During his visit, discussions were held on jointly implementing the "Central Asia Youth Agenda - 2030" program and expanding cooperation between the United Nations and Uzbekistan in the field of youth policy, including meetings with relevant ministries and agencies.
Additionally, on May 15, Mr. Paullier will participate in events of the Digital Green Initiatives Global Youth Festival, and meet with members of the Youth Parliament under the Senate of the Oliy Majlis and active young people.
