Those who studied abroad through the “El-yurt umidi” Foundation will be employed without competition

According to the Presidential Decree, starting from 2025, a new scholarship direction under the “El-yurt umidi” Foundation called the “Bright Talent” project will be introduced.
The project envisions:
▪️ annually selecting talented, knowledge-seeking youth from underprivileged families in each mahalla who lack the opportunity to study due to difficult financial circumstances, for studying abroad;
▪️ training the selected youth through preparatory courses and sending them to foreign universities that match their potential;
300 billion soums will be allocated for the “Bright Talent” project.
Those who complete their education abroad through the Foundation will be directly included in the national personnel reserve and employed in government bodies, organizations, and institutions without a competitive process.
