VII Tashkent International Marathon: The Main Running Event of the Year

On February 21, the Youth Affairs Agency hosted a press conference attended by leading national and international media representatives. The event was dedicated to one of the largest sports events in Central Asia – the VII Tashkent International Marathon.

This year, the marathon route has been updated and will pass through roads adjacent to "New Uzbekistan" Park.
Pre-Marathon Events – April 12
A series of special races will take place at Magic City Park, including:
- Kids Run (Children’s Race)
- Inclusive Race for People with Disabilities
- 3 km race
- Nordic Walking Competition
All events will start at 8:00 AM.
🏆 Prize Fund
The total prize fund for the VII Tashkent International Marathon is 639 million UZS.
Additionally, athletes who set a new national record in the marathon will receive 15 million UZS, and those who do so in the half marathon will be awarded 10 million UZS.
Who Can Participate?
The marathon is open to everyone, regardless of nationality. Both professional athletes and amateur runners are welcome to join.
Participants can choose from the following races:

✔️ Nordic Walking
Men and women aged 15 and older are eligible to participate in all distances.
🏅 Age Categories
Participants in the Marathon, Half Marathon, and 10 km races will be divided into the following age groups:
✅ 15-34 years old
✅ 35-49 years old
✅ 50 years and older
Each category will have separate winners for men and women. The top three winners in each category will receive valuable prizes from marathon sponsors.
👦 Kids Run for Young Runners
✔️ Children aged 5-9 can participate in a 1 km race
✔️ Children aged 10-14 can participate in a 3 km race
Alongside individual participants, corporate teams, organizations, and sports clubs can also register for the marathon.

🌎 International Recognition
The Tashkent Marathon has been officially recognized as an international sporting event and included in the World Athletics competition calendar.
The updated marathon route has been officially certified by AIMS (Association of International Marathons and Distance Races) with an official "A" category course measurement, ensuring compliance with global standards.

Organizers are paying special attention to:

Registration is open on Perfend.com and Yugur.uz and will remain available until April 2, 2025.
💰 Registration Fees
✅ Marathon (42 km): 350,000 UZS
✅ Half Marathon (21 km): 300,000 UZS
✅ 10 km race: 190,000 UZS
✅ 3 km race: 150,000 UZS
✅ Kids Run (1 km): 100,000 UZS
✅ Nordic Walking (1 km): 150,000 UZS
Organizers have allocated special VIP race numbers for silver, gold, and platinum categories.
VIP number prices vary from 200,000 UZS to 1,200,000 UZS, depending on the race distance.
📦 Race Kit Collection
Participants must collect their race kits on April 10-11, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at Magic City Park, Tashkent (Furqat Street, Beshyog‘och area).
A passport or identification document (for adults and children) is required for race kit collection.
