Youth Affairs Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan

The Youth Affairs Agency organized the unconventional creative forum "Future: Community of Educated Girls," bringing together nearly 200 young women.

The "Future: Community of Educated Girls" educational exchange program is one of the key initiatives under Uzbekistan's strategy to achieve gender equality by 2030. It aims to encourage girls to pursue education, enhance their social engagement, and develop leadership skills.

This exchange program began its activities in 2021 and has since helped improve the knowledge and skills of 1,869 young women.

As part of the program, participants gained insights into higher education opportunities, the GPA system, preparing documents for scholarships, and applying to international universities.

Additionally, they learned about writing and publishing scientific articles, academic editing methods, conducting research, drafting CVs and resumes for employment and academic purposes, international projects and exchange programs, grants and scholarships, interview preparation stages, project creation and startups, implementing innovative ideas, financing, and legal matters.

The participants also explored global volunteer programs, social initiatives, and modern technologies, including the use of online education platforms.

Furthermore, they received training in leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.

At the conclusion of the forum, graduates of the "Future: Community of Educated Girls" exchange program were awarded certificates and commemorative gifts.
