From the mahalla to the world’s leading universities

The Youth Affairs Agency, in partnership with the Blavatnik School of Government at the University of Oxford and the Harvard Kennedy School at Harvard University, is launching a special educational program for youth leaders working in mahallas.
As part of the project, participants will:
• strengthen their knowledge in management, leadership, business and economics;
• take part in interactive online sessions with international experts;
• learn about modern approaches to management;
• receive methodological support to further develop their work after successfully completing the program.
To participate, applicants must:

Be a youth leader in a mahalla;

Have at least B2-level English proficiency.
Applicants with IELTS or CEFR certificates will proceed directly to the selection stage.
