The Association of Mahallas of Uzbekistan held a presentation of the “Digital Mahalla”, “Smart Mahalla” and “Mahalla AI” platforms designed to improve the effectiveness of work with residents, particularly young people.
The new digital solutions primarily focus on reducing paperwork, systematically identifying community issues and detecting potential problems at an early stage.
“Digital Mahalla” is a unified digital environment designed to systematically study the concerns of young people, women and elderly residents, as well as to provide targeted support for unemployed citizens.
“Mahalla AI” is an artificial intelligence system that integrates data from 8,992 mahallas across the country. The platform can analyze documents, detect errors and independently generate official responses.
“Smart Mahalla” is a system that uses modern sensors and digital technologies to increase energy efficiency by up to 25 percent and identify potential emergencies in advance by up to 70 percent.
These digital solutions are expected to simplify the work of the “Mahalla Seven”, improve the efficiency of local governance processes and make public services faster and more accessible to citizens.
