Today, a conference entitled “Youth Initiative in the Fight Against Drugs: A Healthy Society as the Foundation of a Sustainable Future” was held in the capital to mark 26 June — the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking.
During the conference, participants held in-depth discussions on protecting young people from harmful addictions, widely promoting a healthy lifestyle, and supporting practical initiatives in this area.
In addition, to strengthen cooperation in combating drug abuse and enhance preventive efforts among young people, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Agency for the Control of Narcotics and Firearms, the Youth Affairs Agency, the Youth Parliament under the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis, and the Law Enforcement Academy.
This agreement will help elevate efforts to protect young people from dangerous threats and ensure a healthy future to an entirely new level.
