Youth Affairs Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan

As previously reported, meetings of the delegation led by Alisher Sadullayev, Director of the Youth Affairs Agency, in the United States are actively ongoing. The goal is to implement the “New Generation Entrepreneurs” program, aimed at training 40,000 young people in business in cooperation with foreign universities and bringing innovative startup ideas to the global market.

The next destination is Yale University, which has a significant impact on global science. During discussions with university representatives, a number of new opportunities for Uzbek youth were explored:

1. Finance and Management: Practical steps were taken with Program Director June Rhee to involve talented Uzbek students in Yale’s Risk Management program.

2. Startup Ecosystem: An agreement was reached with Director Xiuang Li to introduce hybrid educational programs for young entrepreneurs. Most importantly, Yale professors were invited to Uzbekistan for knowledge exchange.

3. Innovation and Robotics: Together with Vincent Wilczynski, the experience of the Tsai Center for Innovative Thinking at Yale was analyzed. Cooperation in artificial intelligence, robotics, and within the “FIRST Global” framework is being expanded, with a focus on commercializing youth innovations.

4. Scientific Research: From now on, Uzbekistan’s reforms and economic development processes will be studied by Yale scholars as dedicated “case studies” and presented on the international stage.

These agreements will serve as a strong springboard for young people to enter the global arena. Stay tuned!
