As noted during a meeting chaired by the Head of State, around 600,000 young people enter the labor market each year, and this figure is expected to reach 1 million by 2030.
During the meeting, the factors complicating the process were thoroughly analyzed, and practical proposals were considered:
1. Eliminating excessive bureaucratic barriers in employment and simplifying mechanisms;
2. Improving the system of career guidance and support for young specialists;
3. Establishing effective cooperation with business entities in the regions;
4. Directing graduates to targeted job positions according to their specialties.
At the conclusion of the meeting, an interagency cooperation plan was developed, and specific joint tasks were agreed upon to ensure graduate employment.
