The time has come for your hard work and talent to be truly recognized!
The Reading Culture Development Fund announces a special competition for young talented writers.
The top 10 winners will receive a state grant, financial support, and their works will be published in at least 3,000 copies with full copyright protection and widely promoted.
Applications are accepted from April 8 to May 5 via the following link, as well as at the regional offices of the Youth Affairs Agency.
