In order to honor women in our country, support their noble dreams and aspirations, and adequately encourage our girls who, with their talent, important ideas and initiatives, exemplary practical work and achievements, are setting an example for young people, actively participating in the process of changes in our socio-economic life, and demonstrating all their strength and energy, modern knowledge and skills, and spiritual and intellectual potential for the prosperity of our country :

 

1. The proposals of the Zulfiya State Prize Commission under the Family and Women's Committee to award talented girls from the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regions and the city of Tashkent with the Zulfiya State Prize for excellent behavior, unique talent, intelligence, initiative, academic success, and special achievements in the fields of education, science, literature, culture, art, sports, information technologies and public activities are to be approved in accordance with the list in the appendix.

 

2. Those awarded the Zulfiya State Prize should be awarded diplomas and badges at the festive celebrations to be held on March 8 - International Women's Day.

 

3. The Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan shall ensure that each of the laureates of the Zulfiya State Prize is awarded a cash prize in the amount of 50 times the base calculation amount.

 

4. The National News Agency of Uzbekistan, the National Television and Radio Company of Uzbekistan, and other media outlets are recommended to widely cover the exemplary work of the recipients of the Zulfiya State Prize, their unique talent, and achievements.

 

5. The Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. Aripov and Advisor to the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan G. Mirzayev shall be responsible for monitoring the implementation of this resolution.
