These days, the “Parliamentary Camp” training seminar under the slogan “Youth’s Thoughts are the Power of Parliament” is in full swing in the Bostanlyk district of Tashkent region.

As part of the training, the Chairperson of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis Tanzila Narbayeva, Director of the Youth Affairs Agency, Senator Alisher Sa’dullayev met with members of the Youth Parliament and held a sincere and open dialogue.

The meeting emphasized that the Youth Parliament should have real influence in protecting the interests of youth, improving draft laws, and monitoring the implementation of state programs. To this end, members of parliament were assigned specific tasks to strengthen cooperation with Senate committees and local Kengash and solve local problems.

Special emphasis was also placed on active participation in the formation and control of local budgets, attracting women to STEM, and combating corruption and drug crimes.

Supporting international youth initiatives, in particular, organizing a global conference of members of Youth Parliaments in Samarkand in 2026, was noted as a priority.
