The "Program for increasing the effectiveness of educating youth in the spirit of loyalty to national values and patriotism in the continuous education system" was approved by the relevant resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 28, 2026. Based on the resolution:

a unified integral system of national upbringing will be created in preschool, general secondary, secondary special, vocational, and higher education organizations;

every Monday, a "Future Hour" lesson will be held in all educational organizations, and content created based on lesson scenarios will be posted on the "milliytarbiya.uz" electronic platform;

the National Upbringing Model of Uzbekistan will be developed to achieve the goals set in the Program;

a republican competition "Promoter of National Values" will be held annually among responsible leaders and educators for spiritual and educational work;
👉 By June 1, 2026:
The National Upbringing Model of Uzbekistan and model work plans for spiritual and educational events will be approved (annually by September 1).
Starting from the 2025-2026 academic year:
A two-stage military-patriotism and sports competition "Sparks of Courage" (Jasorat uchqunlari) will be held among students of "Schools of Courage";
In June 2026:
A military-patriotism forum for members of the "Vatan Tayanchi" movement will be organized in educational organizations.
